SimpleMonitorOff is a Windows application that powers off your screen(s) when you lock your computer. When you press Win+L to lock your computer, SimpleMonitorOff sends a message to Windows to turn off the screen(s). After a brief period, the screen(s) will enter standby mode. When you move your mouse or press a key, the screen(s) will wake up and you can unlock your computer.
